BACKGROUND: 

 

On March 3, 2025 the City Council awarded a contract to Kimley-Horn for grant writing services focused on water quality projects and land conservation.  We have asked Diana Bello of Kimley-Horn to update the City Council on the outcomes related to these services. 

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  $75,000 was budgeted for this contract in FY25.  The contract expires in April 2026.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION: Receive the presentation.
