Earth Tech Enterprise Inc. Purchase Order Change Order (M. Dabees)

BACKGROUND: Mohamed Dabees from Humiston & Moore Engineers will present and discuss a Purchase Order Change Order for Earth Tech Enterprise Inc, addressing storm-related impacts on the Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Spit sand restoration project.
The existing purchase order was issued in the amount of $248,255. This amount needs to be increased by $49,000 to $297,255 to cover additional maintenance work. Earth Tech Enterprises, Inc. is currently performing work and is contracted by piggy-backing on Collier County contract # 21-7885.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: All the necessary funds are available in the FY25 Hideaway Tax District’s budget.
RECOMMENDATION: Review and authorize a Purchase Order Change Order to Earth Tech Enterprise Inc, addressing storm-related impacts on the Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Spit sand restoration project, in the amount of $297,255, using Collier County Contract #21-7885.
