BACKGROUND: The Stormwater Pipe at 857 Swan Road needs to be relined and repaired. Inspection of the stormwater pipe within the easement at 857 Swan Road identified structural deficiencies contributing to repeated washout and ground settlement.
On December 4, 2023, City Council awarded Contract #2023-029 to Titan Concrete & Utilities, Inc.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: Funding for this Purchase Order is included in the FY26 Capital Budget “pay as you go” plan under G/L No. 3005410-606300-16027, Citywide Drainage Improvements.
