BACKGROUND: At the Committee’s Nov. 5, 2025, meeting, Public Works Director, Justin Martin presented a simplified and condensed Key Policy Changes by removing Exhibit A and defining banner placement on Collier Blvd. The highlights include banners that can be displayed twice per calendar year, not allowed during hurricane season, $20 per banner, administered and enforced by Public Works, and installation of different sections of the boulevard. The Committee approved the revised policy.
