BACKGROUND: 

In preparation for FY 25/26 budget development, staff will provide Council members with a review of the FY 2025 budgets, including a FY 25 budget forecast.   Staff will also provide general assumptions for FY 26  to aid in future budget discussions.

RECOMMENDATION: Discuss priorities and potential funding streams for FY 26
