City Manager’s Performance Evaluation

BACKGROUND

 

Pursuant to the City Manager’s Employment Agreement, the City Council shall evaluate the performance of the City Manager on an annual basis by using the evaluation form identified as “Exhibit B” of the agreement.

 

During a September 18, 2023 City Council Workshop,  the City Council developed additional goals for FY 2023/24 that specifically addressed the City Council’s priorities that year.  These additional goals or “Areas of Focus” were evaluated in addition to the goals identified in “Exhibit B” of the City Manager’s Employment Agreement.

RECOMMENDATION:  Discussion.
