BACKGROUND:  Inspection of the Stormwater Pipe and Storm Sewer within the easement of 1455 Collingswood Avenue identified structural deficiencies contributing to washout and ground settlement.  This also includes replacing the sidewalks. On December 4, 2023, City Council awarded Contract #2023-029 to Titan Concrete & Utilities, Inc.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  Funding for this Purchase Order is included in the FY25 Capital Budget “pay as you go” plan under G/L No. 3005410-606300-16027, Citywide Drainage Improvements.

RECOMMENDATION:  Authorize the Interim City Manager to issue a Purchase Order to Titan Concrete & Utilities, Inc. for the Stormwater Pipe and Sidewalk Replacement at 1455 Collingswood in the Amount of $68,948.50.
