BACKGROUND:
Discussion and review of the draft City Manager Performance Evaluation document. The purpose of this item is to review and refine the evaluation form and process for future use by the City Council and is not intended to evaluate the City Manager's performance at this time.

RECOMMENDATION:
Receive the presentation, review the draft City Manager Performance Evaluation document, provide feedback on the proposed format and content, and, if acceptable, direct the Human Resources Director to finalize and implement the evaluation process for future use by the City Council.
POTENTIAL MOTION:
“I move to direct the Human Resources Director to finalize and implement the City Manager Performance Evaluation process and evaluation document for use by the City Council in conducting future performance evaluations of the City Manager.”
