BACKGROUND: 

 

The City Council called for a special-called meeting to review the spending cap calculation for FY- 2026.  A copy of the Maximum Millage Levy Calculation Worksheet is attached.

 

Staff will also review how spending aligns with 200.065 F.S.

 

Attached is Ordinance 14-08, which reviews how the spending cap calculation is determined. 

 

A TRIM timetable is included.
