BACKGROUND: 

 

City Council discussion and possible action regarding the return of fees for application BD-25-000210, which is a deviation request from the required 15’ setback for a boat dock. A $1,500 application fee is required by Resolution 21-50 and was paid by the applicant.

 

The application was followed through with the item being heard before the Planning Board.
