Draft Letter to Board and Committee Chairs

BACKGROUND:
At the May 6, 2019 meeting, Chair Brechnitz advised Council that he would be drafting a letter to the Committee Chairs regarding deportment in committee meetings, and that he would bring the draft back to City Council for review
The draft letter is attached.
