During the September 16, 2024, City Council workshop for the  City Manager’s  2024/2025 Goal Setting, Council directed that City Manager Mike McNees receive a 3% salary increase on his salary in recognition of his strong performance.  Council also directed that the existing, housing allowance ($12,000 annually, approved September 7, 2021,second amendment to contract) be moved from a separate benefit item to be included with his base salary.
