BACKGROUND:  Mohamed Dabees of Humiston & Moore will lead a discussion on the Sand Dollar Island Maintenance and Escarpment Management.

•                     Earth Tech Enterprises Proposal: Operational Maintenance for the Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Island Ecosystem Restoration Project (2026) in the amount of $156.000.00.

•                     Humiston & Moore Engineering Proposal: Professional Services for the 2026 Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Island Maintenance Project in the amount of $25,306.00.
