BACKGROUND

 

Discussion and review of the City Manager’s performance evaluation, including assessment of accomplishments and identification of goals and priorities. This performance evaluation document will be used by City Council to evaluate the City Manager’s performance.

RECOMMENDATION

 

Receive presentation and request that City Council provide feedback on the format and content and direct Human Resources Director to move forward with the implementation of the evaluation.

 

POTENTIAL MOTION:  

 

“I move to direct the Human Resources Director to move forward with the implementation of the City Managers performance evaluation to be used by City Council going forward.”
