Arbor Day Plaque & Stand Procurement Update (M. Cory)

BACKGROUND:  At the Committee’s June 4, 2025 meeting, Committee Member Michael Cory reported that the plaque and stand to commemorate the Committee's 2025 Arbor Day tree planting had been ordered and should be available within 30 days. Member Cory committed to advise the Committee when the plaque and stand is received.

 

An update on the status of this procurement and Member Cory’s plan for installing the plaque will be presented at the Committee’s July 9th meeting.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  An allocation of the Beautification Advisory Committee’s 2025 Fiscal Year Budget in an amount not to exceed $280.00 was approved at the Committee’s May 7, 2025 meeting.

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Receive Member Cory’s update.
