Mid-Fiscal Year Committee Budget Review & Outlook for 2026 (All)

BACKGROUND: Under the City’s October 1st - September 30th fiscal year regimen, the month of April marks the beginning of the second half of the City’s 2025 budget and fiscal year. The Committee has a number of projects currently underway for the current fiscal year, and it has discussed additional opportunities for the 2025-2026 fiscal year.
A review of the Committee’s expenditures vs. budget for the current fiscal year through April 30th is anticipated at the Committee’s May 7, 2025 meeting.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive the City Staff’s report.
