BACKGROUND: Mr. Mohamed Dabees of Humiston & Moore Engineers will deliver a presentation outlining a proposal for the second and third quarters of 2025 for $67,556.00. This proposal details the essential Professional Services required for Environmental and Engineering support, focusing on Continuing Permit Compliance Monitoring for the Tigertail Lagoon/Sand Dollar Island Ecosystem Restoration Project.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: All the necessary funds are available in the Tax District’s budget.
