Mackle Park Tree Donation Update

BACKGROUND:  At the Committee’s January 14th meeting, Ms. Malloy asked the Committee to reference the correspondence between the City and Mr. Al Bennaroch from Affordable Landscaping and Design Inc. There were some discrepancies with the proposal that Mr. Bennaroch sent that were not discussed previously.

 

Additional discussion took place between the Committee members and City Staff regarding this project.  City Staff will be meeting with Affordable Landscaping to discuss further and find a resolution to get the project moving forward.  An update will be provided at the next meeting.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT:  N / A

 

 

 

 

 

RECOMMENDATION:  Receive Mr. Bennaroch’s update.
