BACKGROUND:
On February 14, 2025, the City Council received a request from the Naples Pathways Coalition asking for a Resolution supporting hands-free cell phone use while driving. The Collier County Commissioners passed a similar resolution, and the State Senate is reviewing a similar bill.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: No fiscal impact.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval Resolution 25-18.
POTENTIAL MOTION: I move that we approve and adopt Resolution 25-18.
