Sea Turtle Window Clings

BACKGROUND: 

 

The goal of the cling would be to inform visitors of the rules during sea turtle nesting season.

At the January 15, 2025, the Beach and Coastal Resources Advisory voted on a design for the sea turtle window cling. The design is attached. It was determined that only the window cling would be printed and that staff should get printing quotes.

 

Quotes from Cit’s regular vendor are 100 for $373.50 and 250 for $451.50.

 

 

FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: From the Committee FY2024/2025 budget

 

RECOMMENDATION: Vote on an amount of clings to get printed and determine a distribution plan.

 

 

POTENTIAL MOTION:   I motion to approval of expenditure of funds for the printing of sea turtle window clings.
