Contract Terms and Evaluation Method Update

BACKGROUND:
During the September 9, 2024 City Council meeting, Council members discussed re-evaluating the City Manager’s performance methodology.
The City Manager’s compensation based on his performance will be reviewed and discussed.
Attached are copies of the City Manager’s contract and past compensation amendments.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: To be determined based on discussion.
RECOMMENDATION: Provide staff direction for evaluation modification and discuss consideration for compensation change based on performance during 2023/2024.
POTENTIAL MOTION: No specific motion will be required in this workshop session.
