BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to Section 32-46 of the Marco Island Code of Ordinances, the fifth trustee of the five-member Police Pension Plan Board shall be chosen by a majority of the previous four trustees and whose name shall be submitted to the City Council for approval

RECOMMENDATION: Approval of Resolution 24-59.
POTENTIAL MOTION: “I move to approve Resolution 24-59, appointing Mr. Al Schettino as the Fifth Trustee to the Police Officer’s Pension Plan Board.”
