Landscaping at the Historical Marker Sites (S. Connelly)

BACKGROUND: At the Committee’s July 3, 2024 meeting, Chair Shelli Connelly reported that the landscape enhancement work for the thirteen historical marker sites would be conducted in two phases, with the first six locations to be addressed beginning on or around July 10, 2024.
The first phase of the project was expected to be completed within two weeks. The second phase, with the preparation and planting around the remaining seven historical sites, was expected to follow soon thereafter.
Chair Connelly will provide an update to the Committee on the status of the landscaping at all 13 of the Historical Marker Sites at the Committee’s September 4, 2023 meeting.

RECOMMENDATION: Receive Chair Connelly’s update.
