BACKGROUND: At its August 19, 2024 Meeting, the Marco Island City Council confirmed the appointments of Mr. Marv Needles (nominated by Vice-Chair Erik Brechnitz), and Ms. Linda Scherzinger (nominated by Councilor Becky Irwin) to the Beautification Advisory Committee.
Mr. Needles and Ms. Scherzinger will be asked to briefly introduce themselves to the Committee at the Committee’s September 4, 2024 meeting, and the Committee will welcome both new members to its ranks at that session.
FUNDING SOURCE / FISCAL IMPACT: N / A
RECOMMENDATION: Welcome both new members to the Committee.
POTENTIAL MOTION: None expected.
